  • You will receive a notification via SMS, WhatsApp, or Email once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, complete with a tracking number.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer reliable shipping across Pakistan. Delivery charges and timelines are structured as follows:

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Payment

  • We proudly offer Cash on Delivery (COD) all over Pakistan for your convenience. Please ensure you have the exact amount ready upon delivery.

  • For security and confirmation purposes, our team may contact you via WhatsApp or Phone Call to verify your order details before dispatching. Unverified orders will not be processed.

4. Shipment Tracking

Once your parcel is handed over to our logistics partner, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/Email. You can monitor your shipment's journey in real-time. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the courier portal.

5. Damaged, Lost, or Undelivered Parcels

  • Wrong Address: If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping costs.

  • Delivery Attempts: Our courier partners typically make 2 to 3 delivery attempts. If the parcel remains uncollected, it will be returned to us, and future COD privileges for the account may be suspended.

  • Damaged in Transit: If you receive your package in a damaged condition, please take a photo/video before opening it and contact us within 24 hours.
