1. Eligibility for Returns

You have 7 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The item is completely unused, unwashed, and in the same pristine condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in its original packaging, including all original tags, dust bags, and box packaging intact.

  • You possess the receipt, invoice, or proof of purchase.

Exceptions: Items purchased on sale, during special promotional events, or using discount codes are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your Order ID and share clear photographs/videos of the item highlighting its current condition.

Please note: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless you received a damaged or incorrect item.

3. Refunds and Processing

Once we receive your returned item, our quality control team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned above. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Approved refunds will be transferred securely via Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash within 3 to 5 working days.

  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable and will be deducted from your total refund amount.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take immense pride in our quality control. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing pictures or video. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
